INTRODUCTION
Your students have clearly demonstrated a high level of technical ability and talent. After all, they auditioned well and proved themselves to be worthy of your investment; they demonstrated a high level of knowledge, skills, past experience and a potential to succeed in their chosen profession.
Some students, as you have witnessed, fail to capitalize on their time in Higher Education.
They may not progress as quickly as both you and they had hoped. Obstacles, real and imagined, hold them back and confidence suffers.
The student feels frustrated and negative performance experiences serve to reinforce self-doubt and low self-esteem.
Our CREATIVE CHALLENGE DAYS are specifically designed for performers and encourage the development of personal efficacy through personal reflection and group collaboration.
These workshops are fast paced, interactive and directly related to your work as the primary learning provider.
Everything that we do is directly tailored to enhance the great work already being carried out, and to the achievement and progression goals of your organization.
