A graduate of Trinity College of Music, London and the Institute of Education, University of London, I have worked internationally as a freelance writer, director, teacher and personal/professional development facilitator for more than 20 years; most recently as Head of Department in Further Education.

I am currently finalizing my book, Never Blend In, supported by The Trevor Project, which highlights and challenges social perceptions of the LGBT community, helps readers to understand the causes of low self-esteem and, through a unique collection of inspirational interviews with well known and everyday people, inspires and encourages the younger generation, or anyone questioning their validity, to lead a balanced, fulfilling and dignified life.
