Ride Out for Human Rights – London this Sunday, 6 October 2013

Peter Tatchell logo
A uniquely enjoyable and educational way to support the Peter Tatchell Foundation tomorrow.

Join Peter Tatchell and friends this Sunday for a leisurely, fun, mystery bike ride around central London, in aid of the human rights work of the Peter Tatchell Foundation. INFO & REGISTRATION: http://bit.ly/15f8eKn

The full length ride is 9 miles but you can opt for a shorter version if you wish. We have had to reduce the length because of road closures for the London Half Marathon. But you still get to see 7 interesting landmarks associated with famous humanitarians and LGBT people.

It’s a mystery bike ride. When you arrive at the start point, you’ll be given a route map and 7 guides to each of the landmarks, with a brief biography of the famous person associated with them. The idea is a ride with surprises. You only open each guide when you get to the landmark address – and then discover the famous humanitarian / LGBT person associated with that address.

A big plus: the ride is not timed. You can take the route at your own leisure. So take your time and have fun. Enjoy.
