A facebook friend posted this and I was so disgusted that I had to share it here.

Her friend has been proactively changing his life by exercising and has lost a significant amount of weight in a relatively short time. This anonymous letter from a “concerned neighbour” has angered me and my response is this:

Your friend should be proud of his achievements and I’d be writing a response to say that I am a concerned neighbour who is saddened by the lack of empathy and narrow minded attitudes of those who rather than support my positive efforts to make a change, choose to demoralise and criticise.

What type of parent must this person be to have such negative attitudes towards another human being who is actively doing something to improve themselves?

What a disgraceful person and a coward who cant even give their name.

Congratulations to your friend Melissa. He should be very proud and ignore this pathetic excuse for a human being.
