This is a positive approach to making significant life changes. It takes 21 Days to reprogram your mind and to break or build a pattern, a habit. Join me if you are ready to make a change. Previous 21 Day Challenges were beneficial and it was great to have a community of us here to share our progress, setbacks and successes.

What will your challenge be? Start something or quit something; it’s up to you.

Previously, the 21 Day Challenge was called ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE and participants posted 3 reasons to be grateful each day. In addition, some would send an email of thanks to someone in their life, each day.
So, as I said, it’s completely up to you what you do.
