My challenge this time is a big challenge for many but I am determined; I will be quitting smoking. I’ve tried before and tried every possible method except the use of Champix medication. So, with a little medical help, here goes…

Previously, the 21 Day Challenge was called ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE and participants posted 3 reasons to be grateful each day. In addition, some would send an email of thanks to someone in their life, each day.
