Over the course of this series of articles, it has been my intention to explore the concepts of Leadership and Active Citizenship; how these can be differently defined; the limiting perception of “real” activists as opposed to the supposed “slacktivists” and the exclusion and devaluing of certain types of people who fail to meet our definitions.
