Kim Burrell’s video is an example of why so many have trauma around and detachment from the church. It is hate speech & doesn’t align with the teachings of Christ.
Kim Burrell is one of those “I don’t agree with your lifestyle but I still love and pray for you” women. 🙄 Hate the sin (or S.I.N as she smugly spells out in her attempted explanation (not exactly an apology) https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10154787665245050&id=159499430049&refsrc=https%3A%2F%2Fm.facebook.com%2Fplugins%2Fvideo.php&_rdr) I wouldn’t want and don’t need her prayers or those of anyone thinking that their judgement is at all relevant or important.

She and those like her cause great pain and unquantifiable damage to vulnerable people who have a hard enough time as it is.

There are too many LGBT+ people who are marginalised and ostracised and that is certainly not the message and intention of any loving god.
